TERMS & CONDITIONS
PURCHASERS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS FROM TRIARC SYSTEMS, LLC. (SEE BELOW)
AGREEMENT: In order to purchase products, including firearms, firearm accessories, and/or ammunition (collectively, “Products”) from TRIARC Systems, LLC, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. You confirm that you have not been (a) convicted of any felony, domestic abuse of any kind, (b) chemically dependent or have a prior history substance abuse, and (c) adjudicated mentally ill/defective or been committed to a mental institution or state facility to assess mental conditions. You further agree that there are no other legal barriers preventing or restricting your purchase and/or possession of Products. You confirm that you have reviewed federal laws and your own state and local laws affecting possession and ordering of ammunition online. You agree that you will not sell, distribute, supply or otherwise transfer any Products to any minor or in violation of any U.S. Export Laws or to any of the persons indicated in (a)-(c) above. You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring any such Products.
As a condition of shipment, Products cannot be shipped to post office boxes. All Products must be shipped to addresses within the lower 48 states. All sales are subject to the sole discretion of TRIARC Systems, LLC. TRIARC Systems, LLC reserves the right to restrict or otherwise decline sales to any person or location for any reason. TRIARC Systems, LLC further reserves the right to request any other forms of identification or documentation prior to any sale or shipment. In the event that such identification or documentation is not provided, any sales in connection with such transaction will be cancelled.
Firearms, NFA-restricted items, custom build orders, and discontinued products are all FINAL SALE and are ineligible for refund and/or cancellation.
All accepted returns/refunds/cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All item(s) being returned must be in unused condition, free from wear and in their original packaging. Customers must cover the costs of sending items back to TRIARC Systems.
Due to ever changing state and local laws, the following is a list of areas where we will not ship Products to. This is not a comprehensive list, but is meant as a guide and subject to change at any time. It is in no way meant to include all laws and restrictions across the United States. Please contact the authorities in your area for any possible restrictions. If you do live in a restricted area, your order will be canceled.
California: Restrictions apply according to state laws.
Colorado: All shipments subject to the shippers discretion.
Hawaii: No Civilian Product Sales.
Illinois: No Sales to the city of Chicago. All other Illinois residents must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID. Products must ship to an address on one of these ID’s.
Massachusetts: No Sales.
Maryland: Restrictions apply according to state laws. Please notify if you need a Maryland compliant AR barrel.
New York: Restrictions apply according to state laws
Washington DC: No Civilian Product Sales.
New Jersey: Restrictions apply according to state laws.
All ammunition sales are final upon shipment. In no event shall TRIARC Systems, LLC and/or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever resulting from or in connection with the loss or use, data or profits, whether in an action for breach of contract, or negligence or other tortuous action, or in any other action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any materials, documentation or failure to provide service.

California: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in California or anyone using a billing address in the state of California.
Colorado: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in Colorado or anyone using a billing address in the state of New Jersey.
Hawaii: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds that may fit a handgun to anyone in Hawaii or anyone using a billing address in the state of Hawaii.
Illinois: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 12 rounds to anyone in Chicago, IL or anyone using a billing address in Chicago, IL. We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in Aurora, IL or anyone using a billing address in Aurora, IL.
Maryland: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 20 rounds to anyone in Maryland or anyone using a billing address in the state of Maryland.
Massachusetts: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in Massachusetts or anyone using a billing address in the state of Massachusetts.
New Jersey: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 15 rounds to anyone in New Jersey or anyone using a billing address in the state of New Jersey.
New York: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 7 rounds to anyone in New York or anyone using a billing address in the state of New York.
Ohio: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 30 rounds to anyone in Ohio or anyone using a billing address in the state of Ohio.
Washington: We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines over 10 rounds to anyone in Washington or anyone using a billing address in the state of Washington.
