TRACK™ 2.0 Barrel
Proprietary Single-Edge Polygonal rifling (a hybrid of traditional and polygonal) minimizes bullet deformation and improves symmetry in travel, helping the projectile track straighter. A tighter seal reduces gas loss and supports sub-MOA precision with match-grade ammunition. The 2.0 evolution adds an NP3®-coated barrel extension for wear resistance and a balanced straight contour for an ideal handling profile.
TRILOK™ Rail
- Wedge-Lock + steel barrel nut for exceptional strength and retention.
- 7-sided M-LOK for more mounting flexibility than traditional 3-side layouts.

NP3® BCG & Enhanced Extractor
The carrier is case-hardened 8620 with a 4130 gas key (Grade 8 hardware, milled valley staking). The bolt is 9310 steel, HPT/MPI, shot-peened, and heat-treated, then finished in NP3® for low friction, corrosion resistance, and easier cleaning. The enhanced extractor spring (chrome-silicon, heat- and cryo-treated, moly-disulfide plated) is engineered for extreme service life.
Operating Components
- Enhanced buffer spring: Chrome-silicon (ASTM A877), heat-treated, stress-relieved, dual-stage shot-peened, and moly-disulfide plated for consistent cyclic operation and heat resistance.
- Pinned low-profile gas block: Securely fixed to maintain alignment under heat and stress.
- Ambidextrous charging handle: 7075-T6, Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized; polymer over-molded latches.
- Enhanced trigger group: Hand-selected Mil-Spec components with upgraded springs.
Accountability
Matched serials for upper, lower, and BCG support armorer procedures and inventory control. All receiver sets are hand-fit, test-fired, and inspected before final serialization.
