ORDER STATUS
To help reduce the amount of phone calls please use the order tracking system below. If you have any questions please look through the FAQ before calling.
If your order status has not changed it’s possible that it is still in the backorder queue. Once your order start the process you will be notified via email of a status change.
When your order is marked with the “Failed” order status, one of the most common reasons is due to an AVS Mismatch – meaning the billing address you entered does not match the billing address on file with the card issuing bank.
If your order failed, the transaction was not successful and no payment has been received on our end. The funds may appear as a pending debit on your account, but they should be returned within 24-48 hours.
You must allow 24-48 hours to pass before trying to order with the same credit or debit card since our processing system will have already flagged it as fraud after the first failed attempt.
*NOTE: Your billing address must match, character for character, the billing address on file with the card issuing bank.*
For example, if your address is spelled “123 Apple Street” on your bank account, then you can not abbreviate Street as “St.” when trying to check out. Our payment processor will flag that transaction as a fraud attempt.

If you are ordering a firearm you will go through the process below. If you are purchasing a non-firearm it will go from processing to packaging then completed.
- Processing
- Parts Allocation
- Coating or Cerakote
- Assembly Queue
- In Production
- Packaging
- Completed
“Processing” means we received your order, your payment was successful, and we are currently processing it.
“Parts Allocation” is when we are gathering all the required parts/items for your build and placing them in a bin with your order outline so it can officially begin the build process.
“Coating or Cerakote” means your firearm is currently with our Cerakote applicator getting coated in the color (or colors) that you selected for your build.
We coat in batches, meaning once we have enough parts of a particular color we will start the cerakote process. For our more popular colors/patterns, we usually do one batch of each per week. Less popular colors will have to get squeezed into this queue.
“Assembly Queue” means your firearm has been placed in a queue for one of our gunsmiths to build now that it has all the required parts and has been coated.
“In Production” means one of our gunsmiths is currently working on assembling your firearm.
“Packaging” means your order is currently being packaged to ship and/or our shipping team has contacted your local FFL for their license in order for us to be able to ship your firearm to them.
Due to the number of orders that we are currently trying to ship, and pending a response from your local FFL, this process may take up to 5-7 business days before your order is moved to the “Completed” status.
“Completed” means your firearm (or other product) has shipped! You should receive an email from UPS with tracking information. Please check your spam or junk folders before calling the shop.
