1. All Firearm and NFA Item Sales are FINAL.
2. Due to the nature of custom orders, all custom build orders are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a refund and/or cancellation.
3. There are no returns on discontinued products or on products listed as final sale.
4. Orders with the following items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded: Firearms (including custom build orders), NFA devices (suppressors), and discontinued or final sale products.
5. All other items not listed above on line #4 can be returned within 30 days of receipt with a copy of the order/invoice and must be in unused condition, free from wear, and in their original packaging.
6. All approved refunds are subject to a 15% cancelation and restocking fee based on the total cancellation value.
7. Customers must cover the costs of shipping items back to TRIARC Systems.
